New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.

4.3 VIP Program

The kn99 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Promotion is automatic based on regular play. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, the Silver tier 0.7%, and the Gold tier 1.0%. The benefits and terms of each tier apply separately.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or misusing bonuses.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any artificial method to play.
• Accessing another person's account or selling or transferring an account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users.
• Operating an account while under 21 years of age or under a false identity.

In the event of any violation of the above rules, kn99 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, though any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. The user will be notified in advance.
